Colocation & Dedicated Servers
Clients must provide at least five (5) days cancellation notice or agree to be billed at $29 cancellation fee. In addition, colocation customers will be responsible for de-racking, and packaging fees related to their equipment.

Virtual Private Servers
Clients can cancel their service through our client portal (https://billing.hostvenom.com) at any time.
