An operating system re-installation can be requested via support ticket for a one time fee of $10. Please note that when a system is re-installed, all data will be lost. When requesting this via ticket clearly specify the system ID number, the OS you want installed, and your confirmation that the system is clear to be immediately re-installed on.

Note that we only provide re-installations on a limited set of operating systems. Custom operating systems can be installed via IPMI.
