Order Verification Process Print

In the event your order is flagged for verification, we may require one or more of the following completed. This process is designed to reduce fraud and protect our network from abuse, this results in a more stable network for our customers. 

1) Government issued photo ID - Passport, drivers license, ID card, etc. The ID must match the information used on the order form.

2) If you're paying using a credit card we will also ask you to complete a credit card authorization form, as well as send us a copy of the front of your credit card.

3) Finally, we also may send you a verification code via phone call or SMS to verify your phone number.

Failure to complete the verification process will result in your order being canceled. We will not make any exceptions.
